Spiral winding technology
Our core competence is the spiral winding of extruded plastic profiles onto steel mandrels or internal molds. Our machinery is highly flexible and can produce a wide variety of internal diameters and wall cross-sections with only a few tool changes. The two main raw materials used for our extrusion plants are polyethylene and polypropylene. Both materials, as well as the products made from them, are of course 100 % recyclable.
The inventor of extusion lines for large diameter profile pipes
The bauku extrusion technology UG, short name "bauku" is producing extrusion lines for the manufacturing of plastic pipes since the year 1956. We cover a diameter range from DN 300 to DN 4000 mm. Our experience gained in selling these systems over decades, enables us to manufacture customized machinery designs for pipe projects all over the globe.
Nowadays we are member of the Boyke Group, with more than 75 employees in three different companies.
